Beautiful. What a loaded word! I would venture to say that most of us want be beautiful–at least to someone. But we don’t feel beautiful. And of course, there are layers of beauty–inner and outer, physical and spiritual.
I have seen a shift within my own lifetime of people beginning to question traditional “standards” of beauty and starting to celebrate their uniqueness and the ways that we are all beautiful. Alessia Cara’s song below captures this nicely, and I hope it inspires you!
