Serving up some good news will present information morsels in a variety of “flavors” 😉  Upbeat things happening in the world, information about health and hobbies and prosperity and any number of things that contribute to the idea that Life is Good!

This week’s edition is about exercise. Flexibility to be more precise. I am in my mid-50s and have within just the last few years started paying more attention to trying to maintain flexibility and full range of motion. Better late than never 😉 As I discuss in the fit for life area of this site, I have been drawn to short exercise programs–things that can be interspersed throughout the day vs long drawn out programs. Nothing against longer workouts…just not my preference.  The information below is from Nerd Fitness and it requires a whopping 2 minutes of your time.
