When you think of the Orlando mass shooting,  it would seem there could be nothing good about it. While that is largely true, there are some stories of love and compassion that have emerged (as they often do in these type situations) that are touching and worth noting….I read of a mother who gave her life to save her son when she realized what was happening (she was at the club with him).  That sort of self-sacrifice is evidence of a deep love, and I’m sure her love was a big part of her son’s life–influenced him in a positive way.

Then there’s Greg Zanis.  He drove 1200 miles to deliver hand-made crosses for each of the victims.  Read the story (or watch the video) here:
