The GNC Holy Grail Body Transformation Review
The Holy Grail Body Transformation program was created and developed by natural body builder, Tom Venuto. Seeing Venuto, posed shirtless on the ad I saw, I knew I wanted to get in shape–hubba hubba 😉
There are 2 primary product benefits of this program:
1. To gain muscle without gaining fat (“lean muscle gain” aka “non-bulking” muscle gains)
2. To gain muscle and lose fat at the same time (aka “body recomposition”).
The information shared is easy to understand and surprisingly detailed and informative. A lot of it may be information that you thought you knew–but there is a lot of in-depth, scientific information that I wager most of us have forgotten 🙂 And the facts are shared in a way that gives new insight into how to apply this knowledge to getting fit. This is no fluff piece–the version I have (I say this because there are continual updates) is 341 pages long! Here is the table of contents for the Holy Grail Body Transformation:
Chapter 1: Goal setting: How to set powerful, compelling goals that will propel you forward and charge you up with unstoppable motivation

you are to where you want to be

for improving your muscle to fat ratio
Chapter 9: Good fats vs. bad fats: How to speed up fat loss, boost muscle growth, increase
energy and rev up your metabolism by eating the right fats in the right amounts at the right times
Chapter 10: Protein: The muscle builder and metabolic activator – How much you really need

Chapter 12: How to get as lean as a bodybuilder or fitness model using a new twist on the old low carbohydrate diet

Chapter 16: Cardio training secrets for maximum fat loss: Why it’s better to burn the fat than to starve the fat.

My experience and thoughts on The Holy Grail Body Transformation
I like this program. I mostly used it, however, for the diet/nutrition information as I am someone who likes to change up my exercise routine a lot. I loved that carbs are “allowed,” and that you get to eat often. I also like that he addressed the mental aspects of adopting a new approach. He evens suggests using affirmations, which, you know, of course, I think are quite useful! I was not a big fan of the strength portion of the exercise routine–but not because it’s not sound. I just don’t enjoy weight-lifting 😛 I did lose weight and firm up when I followed the eating plan.
Bottom line: I think that The Holy Grail Body Transformation Program is one of the best, if not the best program out there. It is complete and well-documented and time-tested. And seriously–did you see the shirtless Tom Venuto?! He’s living proof!
